Led by Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander, together with colleagues such as Ines Hartmann and Dr. Patricia Widmer at the the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability & Inclusion (CCDI) at FIM-HSG the University of St. Gallen.

The CAS Diversity & Inclusion is a continuing education programme offered by the University of St.Gallen (HSG) that trains executives to become inclusive leaders, with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) as value drivers for innovation and corporate success.
Contents: Gender/diversity management, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, diversity benchmarking, equal pay, employee surveys and strategies for non-profits; practical approach with workshops, analyses and case studies.
