The career coach training program at Martin Wehrle takes place at his career counselling academy in Hamburg and has been the first systematic training program for career coaches/counsellors in the German-speaking world since 2007.
It comprises eight modules spread over several weekends and teaches the skills of consulting, career planning - work-life balance, communication - conflict, salary negotiation, job applications, interviews -outplacement, and real client practice. The focus is on methods such as NLP, systemic coaching and practical experience with real clients. Martin Wehrle provides personal support and emphasizes market orientation and individuality.
