In this in-depth workshop the following competence where worked on:

  • Reflection and discussion regarding ones own leadership experience, as the leader aswell as as the employee;

  • consideration of the hence gained insights regarding ones own leadership style in diffrent leadership situations;

  • elaboration and provision of an action and method repertoire, which allows to act appropriate in diffrent leadership and coaching situations.
